A fun, hands-on Italian feast for young chefs aged 8 to 15, eager to explore the flavours of Italy!
Service Description
Menu: o Entrée: Garlic and Herb Doughballs o Main: Italian Meatballs with Tomato Sauce and Pasta o Dessert: No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Allergens: This menu includes the following allergens: Gluten, Milk, and Eggs. In this course, young chefs will gain confidence in the kitchen by learning fundamental Italian techniques. They’ll practice dough-making for delicious garlic herb doughballs, understand seasoning and shaping for perfectly tender meatballs, and master the art of layering for a no-bake cheesecake. This engaging class is designed to inspire creativity and culinary confidence in a fun and supportive environment. All ingredients and necessary equipment are provided, along with refreshments throughout the course. Classes run on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. Each participant will have their own hob, oven, and workstation for a hands-on and interactive experience.
